When 9 first comes to life, he finds himself in a post-apocalyptic world. Description
This is the Russian version of the 2009 animated film by Shane Acker, this Russian dub is written by Dmitry Glukhovsky and it makes considerable changes and adds elements that flesh out the story more. It was originally made because Russian audiences didn't take well to the original cut of the movie and so the script was rewritten by Dmitry Glukhovsky and redubbed with the new script. The English subtitles were made using the Russian closed-captions for the Russian dub and translated using a combination of Google Translate and DeepL with considerable tweaks and changes to iron out any weird translation mistakes and smooth out the experience of the story.
