  8. A valid email address associated with the copyright owner will help you to prove you’re representing or you’re the legitimate copyright owner. We will not process requests from free mailboxes (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL, MailRu etc)

Things to note about notifications:

  1. All received emails have to be in plain text. Our system is not capable of understanding any other format
  2. All notifications should be sent to spam AT or else they wont be processed - the system is automated and working only on this e-mail i.e mailing our ISPs or our support mail means we wont process your mails
  3. Personal or attorneys’ notices wont be processed. They have to come from companies or copyright agents
  4. Allow for a few days for a response
  5. Respect our work and we will respect yours. Threats wont do you any good
